Demo Jili Terms and Conditions – Rules & Player Agreement

01 Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the defined terms listed in the Quick Reference table above apply. Where any term not listed in that table appears in capitalized form, its meaning shall be understood from the context in which it is used. These Terms and Conditions are written in English for use on the Demo Jili platform serving players in the Philippines.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Demo Jili platform at demojili.best, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

03 Account Registration

04 Account Verification (KYC)

• Withdrawals above ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱100,000 cumulative within 30 days
• When unusual account activity is detected
• At any time at Demo Jili's discretion as part of routine compliance

When requested, you must provide valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, UMID, driver's license, or SSS/PhilHealth ID), proof of address, and in some cases, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until documents are provided and approved.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Demo Jili platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Pesos (₱). The following conditions apply:

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ₱100
• Accepted methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, Visa, and Mastercard
• Deposits are credited to your account in real time in most cases. Processing times may vary for bank transfer methods
• Demo Jili does not charge fees on deposits. Third-party payment providers may apply their own fees
• Deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours under normal circumstances. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically arrive within minutes
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods verified in your name
• Demo Jili reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals of any size
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements have been fully met
• Any pending withdrawal may be reviewed if unusual betting patterns are detected prior to the request

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Demo Jili offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms accompanying each offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all Demo Jili bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (or in some cases, the bonus plus the deposit) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the time period specified in the individual offer. Unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the stated period.

07 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the Demo Jili sportsbook:

• Event Postponement: If a sports event is postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For accumulator bets, the postponed event leg will be removed and remaining legs settled at adjusted combined odds.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and current market status. Demo Jili reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time. Bets accepted before a market suspension will be honoured unless they fall under the errors clause above.
• Casino and Slots: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. Game results are final once a round is completed. Technical interruptions during play will be handled in accordance with the applicable game provider's rules.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Demo Jili platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using a third party's account
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the Demo Jili platform
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to report such bugs to Demo Jili immediately
• Money laundering – using the Demo Jili platform to transfer or process funds of criminal origin
• Using bonus offers in a manner that constitutes bonus abuse or systematic exploitation
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Allowing any person under the age of 18 to access your account or play using your credentials
• Any conduct that Demo Jili reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of its platform or other players

09 Account Suspension & Closure

Demo Jili may suspend or close a player account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion, or prohibited conduct
• Self-exclusion requested by the player under our Responsible Gaming policy
• At Demo Jili's reasonable discretion where continued operation of the account poses a compliance risk

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, Demo Jili will notify the player via registered email and provide a reasonable timeframe for the investigation. Real money balances that are not connected to any breach will be returned to the player following the conclusion of a valid investigation where no breach is found.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting Demo Jili support. Real money balances will be returned after any pending withdrawal holds are resolved.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Demo Jili platform – including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and data – is the intellectual property of Demo Jili or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

11 Limitation of Liability
